Silicon Steels is a global Monel k 500 Seamless Pipe manufacturer, exporter, and supplier. Monel K500 Welded Pipes is a nickel-copper alloy which is hardened by aluminum and titanium additions. Monel UNS N05500 Pipes strengthens the physical properties of the material, providing greater strength and hardness by applying aluminum and titanium to the Monel K500 Hexagonal Tube accompanied by an old hardening cycle. Monel k 500 Pipe are useful in sourgas conditions, which make them highly common on a gasoline field. Hydrogen sulfide tolerance.

The K500 Monel Bush Hex Pipe is thermally conductive and easily temperaturable. Some applications need correct tubing, such as a Hot Finished Rohr for ASTM B163 Monel K500 that retains form and shape even at high temperatures. There is also an electric-resistant welded steel. The ASTM B165 UNS N05500 Monel EFW tube can be found in various sizes and shapes. The diameters and wall thicknesses are governed by different standards. K500 Alloy EFW Pipe can be further hardened by a cold cycle until the hardening of the alloy. The tensile strength of this Monel K500 Hollow pipe is up to 1 200 degrees F but the Monel ® K500 Pipe remains ductile and strong at around 400 degrees F. ASTM B163 Monel K500 Seamless Pipes melting temperature is between 2400 degrees F-2460 degrees F.
